On March 16, 2019, the brothers of ZUL participated in the annual Adopt-a-Highway program along routes 7443 and 6337 in the Reston, VA. The Adopt-a-Highway program provides communities with opportunities in keeping their community and roadways clear of trash.

Virginia Department of Transportation reports that each year, nearly 18,000 Adopt-a-Highway volunteers collect more than 25,600 bags of waste along Virginia’s highways and estimates a savings of over $1.35 million in clean up of Virginia’s roadways.
